These SMS Terms describe the Able Years LLC (“Able Years,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) text-messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Program Description
Our SMS program sends text messages from Able Years LLC related to your inquiry and our services in Spokane, Washington. Message types include:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations for Strategy Sessions and classes.
- Class updates, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Replies to questions you send us by text.
- Occasional promotions about founding member offers and Able Years events.
2. Opt-In
You opt in to the SMS program by checking the SMS consent box on an Able Years form (for example, the Strategy Session booking form) and submitting your mobile phone number. Your opt-in is recorded with a timestamp and the text of the consent language shown at the time you submitted the form. SMS consent is never pre-checked and is never required to enroll in our services — you can always reach us by phone or email instead.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Most members and prospects receive approximately 2–8 messages per month.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan and carrier. Able Years LLC does not charge you for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them. Check with your mobile carrier if you are unsure about your plan.
5. Opt-Out (STOP)
You can opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further marketing or appointment messages from the program. If you opt back in later, reply START, or submit a new form with the SMS consent box checked.

7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and most regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages (see “Carrier Liability Disclaimer” below).
8. Privacy and SMS Data
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or SMS messaging content with any third party for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. Your SMS opt-in information and any data collected as part of our SMS program is used solely to communicate with you regarding your inquiry, appointments, and services with Able Years LLC. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By participating in the Able Years LLC SMS program, you acknowledge that message delivery depends on mobile carrier networks and that neither Able Years LLC nor its messaging service providers are responsible for delivery failures, delays, or errors caused by carrier networks, your device, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If we make a material change to the program (for example, a change in the type of messages we send), we will notify active subscribers by SMS before the change takes effect.
